No it didn’t WWII only made it worse. If we were to ever have a WWIII the world would be whipped out. People would be fighting everywhere and nuclear down fall would kill everything. WWIII is death to the world.

MUMBAI: Even though various governments have infused around $10 trillion by way of bailout packages and lowered interest rates to near zero
levels, the world economy has failed to emerge from the clutches of recession. In fact, the situation is turning worse.

History shows that war always follows slowdown or recession. And given the somber geo-political situation across the globe, some economists and analysts feels that the world may well be headed in this direction.

After the 1797’s economic deflation, there was war between US and France from 1798 to 1800. The war between US and Great Britain in 1812 followed the depression in 1807-1808. The long depression of 1873-1879 paved the way for war between US and Spain and the First World War which lasted till 1918.

The Second World War was followed by the Great Depression of 1929-1939. The early 1990’s recession again put US on the war front against the Iraq. History shows that most of the wars have followed the economic crisis– there are very few occasions when world faced slowdown or recession after the wars. Economy faced a recession after the First World War which lasted for 3 years from 1918-1921.

In the Great Depression, Herbert Hoover–then US president–attempted to maintain labor rates at 1929 levels, causing massive unemployment. The economy stagnated, with labor rates failing to adjust to levels where production could be refurbished

war is not a solution for anything.it can just bring destruction.one can think who gets benefited from these wars.it will increase the wealth in those hands, who are already rich.

war is never a solution to anything, let alone an end to the recession.
if you look at the past two world wars you’ll see that both the wars drained many countries economy.

The logic does not apply in this case. There were three things that the period of 1920-1950 did not have as compared to todays world.

    1. America was the ideal capitalist state, perhaps a handful. Colonies were a part of the imperialists. China was not rich enough or able to have the infrastructure to manufacture.
    2.No Nuclear weapons.
    3. No islamic fundamentalists.

    So lets consider the scenario.

If ww3 breaks out,it shall be against China / Russia or any communist state or an islamist state. the Industrial machinary shall collapse because of the west’s reliance to China and the arab states/ OPEC. Russia is not a very good ally to the west anyway. The oil prices/production shall drop/stop because of the arab connection. Sprattly island and the Caucasus too are the latest oil reserves. China and Russia hold territorial rights to the two places respectively.

Nuclear weapons shall make it worse. Not only shall it wipe out man and its infrastructure, but shall affect agriculture because of the lasting effect that ionizing radiation has on food and soil. Nuclear weapons emit emp pulses which knock out microchips. This can put man in the stone age.

This shall contribute to an irreversible change which, I am afraid, Man may not be able to recover. So the recession is out of the question.

War is never a solution; US’s numerous wars are the cause of recession, war is the problem, not a solution.

  10. 10??????? ??????

War is definitely a problem not a solution. But some times war is necessary for the security of the country. I won’t say I support wars or not because it totally depends on the situation.
