According to the IMF, Ernst and Young, and the Office for National Statistics, house prices are still considerably overvalued. Given that prices rose from £57k in 1997 to £198k in 2007, and have only fallen to £161k despite rising unemployment and tightening lending criteria, why are FTB’s even considering paying such absurd amounts for property when the average salary is only £23k?

with the housing recession happening in the US and UK is starting to feel the pinch. If the UK had a recession the likes of 1992’s black wednesday when the pound fell out of the european exchange rate mechanism. Would a UK recession affect the US ecconomy do both ecconomies depend on each other.

I don’t feel my agent is working on my behalf, because his story changes every week. Plus, I had some talks with the listing agent, and by reading the “writing on the wall”, I think he is very incompetent. Anyhow, I would like to contact the bank myself.
How can I find out the contact info of the loss mitigation department of the bank that is reviewing the short sale offers on the property in question?

can you tell me the important tasks to follow?
I know that i have to start this by drawing a rectangle (the car) and a plane. And also a small box, then make several copies and move them to form a wall.
but how to give them properties so when the car hits the wall (using animation) the wall will collapse?
Thanks

Lots of jobs will be lost and all the people who poked fun at the unemployed will now find themselves in the very position they mocked so uncompasionately and without understanding.

Just curious… It’s pretty bad here in the States, but I have a job so it really isn’t affecting me?
